$1.00/child for children under 16 if accompanied by adult

Walk In Fees:
$15.00 per person for Friday
$24.00 per person for all day
Saturday $29.00 per person for entire convention

A cancellation fee of $5.00 per person will be charged No refunds after July 1, 2009

FRIDAY: Early Bird Dance 3 - 5:30 PM Evening 8:00 PM – Midnight
SATURDAY: 10:00 AM – Midnight
SUNDAY Trail Out 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

TRADITIONAL SQUARE DANCE OR ROUND DANCE ATTIRE REQUIRED AT ALL CONVENTION FUNCTIONS EXCEPT EARLY BIRD, FRIDAY AFTERNOON

CONVENTION RIBBONS MUST BE WORN AT ALL FUNCTIONS.

FIRST CLASS HOTEL AND RESTAURANT
$105.00 per NIGHT for single, double, triple, and quad.
Reservations for the Omni William Penn Hotel must be made through Housing/Registration Chairman.
No hotel money accepted.
